About the company

Its attorneys handle disputes over injuries, professional services, employment, and commercial matters, with a practice that extends from local courts to appeals. Clients retain the firm to assess claims, prepare a defense, and represent them in settlement negotiations or at trial, while its lawyers manage discovery, depositions, motions, and communication with insurance carriers. This work pairs legal arguments about liability with scrutiny of the damages a claimant seeks to recover. Founded in 2002, Tyson & Mendes is headquartered in San Diego, California.
