- Be a change advocate to drive planning retrospectives and improving our planning process, as our company scales and matures
- Be the execution leader for major pivots or highly strategic company initiatives, ensuring that we deliver on initiatives with significant business impact.
- Drive a reliable, visible cadence for reviews, decision making, sizing, resource management so we can make the right (and sometimes hard) choice
- Ensure that updates on execution against plan, escalations and changes to plan are done in a thoughtful , methodical way to ensure smoother execution
