Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive strategies to expand and enhance Webflow's partner ecosystem, focusing on both growth and quality of partnerships.
  • Lead a team of Partner Managers to nurture relationships with agencies and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Webflow's goals and achieving quota targets through effective partner engagement.
  • Drive innovation and growth as a thought leader and executive sponsor in key client meetings, identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities within the website development space to meet and exceed Partnership team revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and solutions engineering team to develop and execute co-selling strategies that drive joint success with partners.
  • Work in partnership with the marketing team to promote the partner program, attract new partners, and increase engagement within the existing partner community.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess partner effectiveness and quality of delivery ensuring the partner channel contributes significantly to the company's annual pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve partner-related processes, including onboarding, training, and support, to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience managing partnerships with medium to large agencies or consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte) operating in a channel sales model.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, web development or content management systems.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
