  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partner studios, acting as a trusted advisor capable of providing guidance and technical expertise
  • Be the technical liaison in SOW / RFP development, internal and external presentations, and resourcing negotiations
  • Design and implement best-in-class processes in quality control, development, and risk management
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators used to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Evangelize 2K values and champion a culture of high-performance and innovation
