Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns: Generate a high-quality pipeline via multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., webinars, social media, email marketing, partnerships, content syndication, events, paid ads, podcasts, thought leadership)
  • Make data-driven decisions: Identify, track, and analyze key metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Experiment & innovate: Guide the growth strategy with learnings from frequent experimentation and quick iterations
  • Build and lead a high-performing team: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of marketing professionals
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and effective lead qualification
  • Manage the marketing technology stack: Select, implement, and manage marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies
