Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a customer success or partnerships role preferably focused on mid-market or enterprise segments
  • Experience in a client-facing role ideally partnerships or customer success, managing relationships with large and complex organizations for a technical product
  • Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our partners’ businesses
  • Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing internal and external teams to take action based on business and partner impact
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals and driving account expansion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate data and people to find answers
  • Driven to help grow small businesses
  • Proven ability to build business cases and revenue models to drive strategic decision-making and joint wins
  • Familiarity working on API-driven and other technical products
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners up to the executive level
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and ops teams to solve partner issues and drive partner experience improvements
Responsibilities
  • Lead the post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of mid-market platform customers
  • Drive expansion within accounts by identifying new strategic opportunities to improve capital marketing, drive new product adoption, and unlock incremental user segments
  • Drive overall account health including capital origination performance, cost optimization, product adoption, usage velocity, account renewals, and customer satisfaction
  • Recommend and create processes, internal tooling and infrastructure, and self-serve partner solutions to drive more resource-efficient onboarding and product expansion for platforms
  • Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Support, and Partnerships to empower and inform improvements to the Parafin partner experience
  • Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy
