Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a customer success or partnerships role preferably focused on mid-market or enterprise segments
- Experience in a client-facing role ideally partnerships or customer success, managing relationships with large and complex organizations for a technical product
- Sophisticated business sense and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our partners’ businesses
- Track record of leading technical conversations and influencing internal and external teams to take action based on business and partner impact
- Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets and goals and driving account expansion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate data and people to find answers
- Driven to help grow small businesses
- Proven ability to build business cases and revenue models to drive strategic decision-making and joint wins
- Familiarity working on API-driven and other technical products
- Demonstrated ability to build deep and influential relationships with partners up to the executive level
- Experience working closely with product, engineering, and ops teams to solve partner issues and drive partner experience improvements
Responsibilities
- Lead the post-sale onboarding, engagement, retention, and growth of mid-market platform customers
- Drive expansion within accounts by identifying new strategic opportunities to improve capital marketing, drive new product adoption, and unlock incremental user segments
- Drive overall account health including capital origination performance, cost optimization, product adoption, usage velocity, account renewals, and customer satisfaction
- Recommend and create processes, internal tooling and infrastructure, and self-serve partner solutions to drive more resource-efficient onboarding and product expansion for platforms
- Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, Support, and Partnerships to empower and inform improvements to the Parafin partner experience
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy
