  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Five or more years of leadership experience in dental multi-unit operations (managing three or more locations)
  • Proven track record managing multi-site teams with measurable impact on performance and growth

Responsibilities
  • Lead Market Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations and overall performance of multiple studios within the Boston market
  • Drive Results: Own market-level P&L, identify trends, and implement strategies to achieve revenue, efficiency, and profitability goals
  • Develop Leaders: Coach, mentor, and empower Studio Managers to run high-performing teams and build strong pipelines of talent
  • Champion Patient Experience: Collaborate with Lead Dentists and clinical teams to ensure a seamless, world-class member experience and consistently strong NPS scores
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality: Uphold OSHA, HIPAA, and Tend’s clinical and operational standards through audits, risk management, and training
  • Optimize Resources: Oversee staffing, scheduling, and facilities to maximize patient access and maintain well-run, welcoming studios
  • Model and Promote Culture: Champion Tend’s values in every studio. Create an environment where Lead Dentists, Studio Managers and their teams feel supported, respected, and engaged
