TSC is actively recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Pricing Analyst ((Remote) to join our team in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Professionals with previous experience in defense industry Pricing and Financial Analytics are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts by analyzing pricing strategies, conducting market research with Business Development and Price-to-Win teams, and developing pricing models to optimize profitability and competitiveness in the defense and aerospace industry. Upon the candidate’s selection, the individual is expected to adhere to, comply with, and ensure that others comply with company policy, contractual obligations, and any operational workflows or procedures as directed by company leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Proposal and Program Teams to review RFPs/RFQs, develop labor categories and rates, and identify internal team members.
- Conduct detailed analysis of customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscapes to inform pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, product management, technical experts and contract management to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives and solicitation requirements.
- Lead and/or participate in proposal kick-off and status meetings and identify cost volume activities with related internal team assignments.
- Create supportable Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Cost/Price Volumes for winning proposals.
- Analyze historical pricing data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and maintain pricing models to support decision-making processes and ensure accuracy and consistency in pricing proposals.
- Create pricing templates for varying types of work (Products, Services, etc.).
- Develop pricing strategy & coordinate with Business Development to build a winning proposal that incorporates financial objectives and is fully compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (formerly TINA), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and other related pricing laws, regulations and guidelines to minimize legal and financial exposure. Ensure that proposals meet the definition of an adequate proposal per FAR guidelines.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals to internal stakeholders and external customers, including cost analyses, pricing recommendations, cash flow analyses, and negotiation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
- Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions with customers, vendors, and partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Interface with DCAA to provide supporting data and justification during audit.
- Maintain documentation and records related to pricing policies, procedures, and agreements in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Reviews contract awards and modifications with the Program team.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 8 +years of experience in Defense Industry.
- Experience in government contract financials and the Defense industry.
- Understanding of DCAA/DCMA requirements and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present financial data to various stakeholders.
- Experience with multiple contract types (CP, FFP, T&M, etc.) with both Sole Source as well as Competitive proposals.
- Initiative to meet critical deadlines without reminders.
- Demonstrated ability for advanced use of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment for complex problem solving.
- Must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of experience in Defense Industry.
- Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to both precision and accuracy.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data.
- Demonstrated success with developing substantiated basis of estimates.
- Experience with Progress-Based-Payments (PBPs) and Milestone Payment Schedules
- Knowledge of and experience with Product Pricing
- Ability to use Weighted Guidelines to support USG negotiations.
- Strong proficiency in modeling.
- Ability to effectively support multiple Proposals and Business Leads simultaneously.
