Corva and Oliasoft create a continuous learning loop between well design and drilling.

Corva and Oliasoft create a continuous learning loop between well design and drilling. Bidirectional integration brings engineering models into live operations, and returns field performance to improve future wells. HOUSTON, Texas - 12 October 2026 - Corva AI, LLC, the leading platform for real-time drilling intelligence, and Oliasoft, the intelligent well engineering software company, today announced a strategic collaboration and bidirectional integration connecting well planning, real-time drilling execution and post-well learning. The companies have developed an integration between Oliasoft WellDesign and Corva's Real-Time AI platform and are preparing customer pilots across live drilling workflows. The collaboration addresses a persistent challenge for operators: engineering plans and field data often reside in separate systems. As a result, teams must manually export, reformat and reconcile information throughout the well lifecycle slowing decisions, obscuring engineering context and limiting how quickly lessons from one well can improve the next.Corva is excited to enter the next phase of that relationship, building on years of work to transform how well construction operations are managed through real-time data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence. Corva and Oliasoft are closing that gap by creating a continuous feedback loop between the well plan and the rig. Planned trajectories, casing designs, pressure profiles and other engineering models flow from Oliasoft into Corva's real-time operational environment. This gives drilling teams access to the engineering intent, assumptions and limits behind the well design as operations unfold. As-drilled trajectories, operational data and nonproductive-time events return to Oliasoft, providing planning teams with structured field evidence to calibrate engineering models and refine subsequent well designs. Together, these capabilities establish a digital thread across the well lifecycle: The result is more than automated data transfer. By connecting live drilling performance with its engineering context, the integration creates a foundation for plan-aware operational intelligence, helping teams identify consequential deviations earlier, evaluate changes against established design limits and preserve operational learning across an entire drilling program. Oliasoft WellDesign is the foundation for intelligent well engineering. It delivers integrated physics-based engineering models through machine-operable cloud-native architecture," said André Backen, CEO of Oliasoft. "Combining those models with Corva's real-time operational context gives engineers a direct connection between design assumptions and field performance. Closing the gap between theoretical design envelopes and field reality will allow our customers to safely extend engineering performance during operations and capture insights for the next well." The integration is designed to support several high-value operator workflows: * Plan-Aware Operations: Transfers planned trajectories, casing depths, pressure profiles and engineering parameters into Corva for continuous plan-versus-actual visibility. * Engineering-Contextualized Monitoring: Compares actual hookloads, mud properties, drilling parameters and wellbore position with the assumptions and operating limits behind the well design. * Closed-Loop Model Calibration: Returns as-drilled trajectories, operational data and NPT events to Oliasoft to calibrate engineering models and strengthen future well plans. * Live Engineering Analysis: Maintains current operational inputs for torque and drag, hydraulics, hole cleaning and anti-collision analysis. * Program-Level Learning: Preserves structured field evidence across wells, rigs and teams so successful practices can be repeated and emerging risks can be recognized earlier. "The next step in drilling intelligence is not simply seeing what is happening at the rig. It is understanding performance in the context of engineering intent," said Ryan Dawson, founder and CEO of Corva. "Connecting live execution with the well model creates the foundation for AI that can identify meaningful deviations, preserve operational learning and give every completed well the potential to improve the next." The collaboration comes as operators drill increasingly complex wells on shorter schedules. Faster operations leave less time to reconcile competing data sources, reconstruct engineering assumptions or wait for post-well reporting before capturing lessons learned. By maintaining a direct connection between design and execution, Corva and Oliasoft aim to give rig and office teams a consistent engineering foundation from initial planning through live operations and into the next well design. Together, Oliasoft and Corva are creating the foundation for a continuously improving well program, enabling faster decisions during the current well and a stronger starting point for every well that follows. About Corva. Corva AI is a Houston-based global leader advancing the application of artificial intelligence across well construction operations.
