- Supervise listers, shippers, and photographers to ensure a productive work environment.
- Oversee the quality of goods listed on the website and ensure timely shipments.
- Manage records and reports, including daily sales and listing totals.
- Maintain a positive public image through a clean work environment and attractive listings.
- Safeguard merchandise and the facility and ensure security precautions.
- Provide customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies, including loss prevention, HIPAA, and CARF standards.
- Support the E-Commerce Operations Manager in personnel actions and employee supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality and perform other assigned duties.
- Lead the development and execution of e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth.
- Oversee online sales platforms, ensuring accurate listings, competitive pricing, and efficient order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory flow, pricing, and merchandising to optimize revenue.
- Ensure high-quality product listings and photography.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and develop e-commerce team members.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
- Manage daily operations and train associates on tasks.
- Serve as manager on duty in the E-Commerce Operations Manager's absence.
- Oversee daily customer service ticket resolution.
