Requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in similar roles, with a fintech or B2B SaaS background.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
  • Ability to own a problem end-to-end, understand it, break it down, identify logical next steps, and resolve it.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail to ensure customer issues are tracked.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with users as the first point of contact for customer interactions through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  • Understand customers’ needs and propose solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Proactively follow up on issues raised by customers.
  • Understand the product and customer-side expense processes, and suggest improvements.
  • Balance autonomy in solving problems with awareness of when escalation is necessary.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the product and customer experience.
  • Serve as the product expert for customers and the customer expert for the product team.
  • Help continuously improve how the company serves its customers.

  • Proficiency in Arabic.

Founded in 2022, Alaan recently closed a $48 million Series A led by Peak XV Partners and serves over 3,000 finance teams. The launch comes as the UAE added 250,000 new companies in 2025, bringing total businesses in the Middle East to over 1.4 million.
