- Engage with parents and guardians to foster a supportive community around the basketball program.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance coaching skills and tactics.
- Model and reinforce standards of sportsmanship and ethical behavior.
- Previous experience in basketball, either as a player or coach.
