About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of product management experience in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong technical literacy, including the ability to discuss application programming interfaces, data pipelines, machine-learning model integration, integration patterns, and platform architecture with engineering teams.
  • Experience owning platform, application programming interface, or technically facing products for builder end users.
  • Strong written communication skills for writing standards, philosophy documents, and capability specifications.
  • Experience defining product requirements for technical capabilities and working directly with engineering to scope and deliver them.
  • Ability to work with high autonomy and ambiguity, drive to clarity, and maintain quality without close direction.
Responsibilities
  • Write and maintain FutureSecure AI's build philosophy governing how AI-connected workflows are constructed on the platform.
  • Define criteria for when a capability becomes a reusable component versus a bespoke customer-specific implementation.
  • Ensure the build philosophy is clear, actionable, actively used, and updated as the platform matures.
  • Work with Platform Engineering and Delivery to validate that the build philosophy reflects technical reality and is practical to follow.
  • Own the Reuse roadmap, including which capabilities enter the catalogue, their priority order, and the basis for prioritization.
  • Define and enforce catalogue-readiness standards, including quality, documentation, test coverage, and adoption guidance.
  • Work with Platform Engineering to scope, specify, and ship reusable capabilities from requirements through delivery-team adoption.
  • Maintain the catalogue as a living product by deprecating outdated patterns, versioning evolving capabilities, and improving it based on usage feedback.
  • Track adoption of catalogue capabilities, identify when delivery teams use or bypass the catalogue, and address both behaviors.
  • Ensure every reuse-catalogue capability is properly documented for delivery teams using it in customer engagements.
  • Work with Product Operations and Go-to-Market Enablement to surface catalogue capabilities to the right people at the right time.
  • Create or commission adoption guidance and worked examples so capabilities are used correctly, consistently, and at the appropriate quality level.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data product management with familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation architectures, optical character recognition processing, document intelligence, embedding pipelines, or similar technologies.
  • Experience as a product manager for integration platforms, application programming interface marketplaces, or reusable component libraries.
  • Experience defining standards, frameworks, or architectural guidelines that engineering teams implement.
  • Understanding of enterprise workflow software, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code build environments.
  • Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment where the catalogue or platform is still being established.

About the company

Future Secure AI builds persona-based, multi-agent AI Co-Workers designed for large enterprises and private equity firms. Their core offering, Red-Zone AI Co-Workers, consists of over 100 agent personas that automate complex, high-stakes workflows. The agents integrate with a client’s core systems and governance frameworks and operate securely on the client’s network, remaining cloud- and LLM-agnostic to avoid vendor lock-in. Workflows run within a hybrid team, with AI Co-Workers reporting to human managers and maintaining human-in-the-loop oversight. The company differentiates itself by targeting mission-critical environments with on-premise deployment, strong governance, and integration into existing IT and security controls, rather than generic AI tools. Their stated goal is to deliver 10x to 20x ROI on operating costs, often paying for themselves within six months. Clients span infrastructure, services, finance, health, and connected economies.
