Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of knowledge and experience in employee relations, HR, HR compliance or related field
  • A bachelor’s degree in business/human resources or related field and/or HR certification(s) (e.g., PHR or SHRM Certification)
  • Keen knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Strong organization/prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work and adapt to business changes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with data and Excel, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Prefer experience within the financial or professional services industries – ideally in a matrixed environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead employee relations efforts for Lincoln International U.S.
  • Serve as a confidential resource for employees and leaders
  • Manage and lead confidential personnel situations, including non-compliance with policies to resolution
  • Communicate critical messages or changes to HR policy to management and the employee base
  • Create / review / revise policies, documentation and practices as needed to drive a compliant employee experience
  • Strategic support of Lincoln’s benefits and wellness offerings to enhance employee engagement and to be a competitive advantage for the firm
  • Support team in HRIS management and enhancements to ensure accurate people data and effective reporting to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other functions and global offices in the pursuit of global reporting and compliance matters
  • Other duties as assigned based on business need (e.g., supporting projects, committees, etc.)
