Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of B2B Software as a Service marketing experience with direct ownership of demand generation; proven success in mid-market and enterprise segments
  • Track record of building and scaling integrated demand programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep expertise across multiple channels: paid digital, account-based marketing platforms (sixth sense, Demandbase), search engine optimization, and email automation
  • Strong analytical skills; proven ability to manage attribution, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and Excel
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and presenting performance outcomes to executives
  • Skilled at building and leading teams; proven ability to align Sales, Marketing, and Product stakeholders around shared pipeline goals
  • Comfort with artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to enhance campaign velocity and creativity
Responsibilities
  • Own pipeline creation at scale: Set the demand generation strategy to consistently deliver marketing qualified leads, sales accepted opportunities, and revenue-generating opportunities
  • Budget ownership: Manage and optimize a multimillion-dollar demand gen budget across digital, field, and account-based marketing campaigns
  • Campaign leadership: Direct the execution of integrated campaigns across paid media, events, webinars, email nurture, ABM, search engine optimization, and partnerships
  • Performance optimization: Establish and continuously refine lead scoring, routing, and follow-up service-level agreements in close collaboration with Sales leadership
  • Data-driven rigor: Build dashboards and frameworks for cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, pipeline contribution, win rates, and return on investment by channel; present results regularly to executive leadership
  • Innovation and experimentation: Drive a culture of rapid testing—scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t—and champion new approaches such as product-led growth campaigns, consulting partnerships, and artificial intelligence-enabled engagement
  • Team leadership: Mentor and grow a high-performing demand generation team; instill best practices in campaign operations, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment
  • Event and account-based marketing strategy: Oversee in-person and digital events as well as account-based initiatives that accelerate pipeline for mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • AI integration: Lead the adoption of artificial intelligence in marketing workflows—leveraging it to accelerate content, improve targeting, and optimize campaign performance

UpKeep launches Studio to let maintenance teams build custom apps without coding

UpKeep has launched Studio, a no-code app platform enabling maintenance and operations teams to build custom software applications directly within their CMMS. The platform addresses the $700 billion maintenance industry's reliance on spreadsheets and fragmented tools. Studio offers three development paths: an App Marketplace with ready-made applications, an AI App Builder using natural language prompts with full API access, and Studio Concierge pairing customers with UpKeep engineers for complex builds. The platform launches with over 30 apps covering workflows including asset replacement prioritisation, safety hazard tracking and fleet compliance reporting. UpKeep is opening a Partner Programme for vendors and consultants to build and distribute apps to its 400,000 users across 60 countries. The App Marketplace is included on Premium plans, whilst Studio Concierge starts at $3,000 monthly.
