Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or a related field
  • 5-10 Years experience in an AR department, with at least 3 in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • This role is required to be based in Austin, TX.
  • Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the AR department, including mentoring one direct report
  • Maintain customer communications with wholesale and corporate sales customers
  • Process invoices for all wholesale and corporate sale accounts, via EDI and non-EDI methods
  • Review customer payment application within Versapay and NetSuite
  • Support new customer set up and credit check process
  • Maintain cross functional partnerships with the Wholesale, Operations, Finance, & Accounting teams
  • Prepare necessary month end reports as required by management
  • Monitor and improve upon certain AR metrics, such as AR Aging, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Bad Debt
  • Assist with annual audit requests
