About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related role is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is required.
- Experience with marketing platforms and customer relationship management systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Analytics is required.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly and actionably is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy are required.
- Strong collaboration, presentation, and communication skills are required.
- Monitor paid social and display campaigns to identify red flags, trends, opportunities, benchmarks, and other performance signals.
- Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel performance to generate insights for Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Customer Experience, and Creative teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of audiences, attribution, and creative assets to develop recommendations that improve return on advertising spend.
- Communicate the effectiveness of new creative assets, campaign launches, and optimizations using internal and external data sources.
- Analyze historical and operational metrics and iterate processes to improve financial results.
- Develop data layer and pixel implementations for development teams to implement.
- Manage the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation in collaboration with internal data teams.
- Report to work regularly and reliably on time each working day.
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
- Experience in a multi-location, service-based organization is preferred.
