Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant sales, business development or alliances experience.
  • Proven success in directly managing customer and partner relationships toward business outcomes.
  • Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across functional teams to support customer and partner success.
  • Understanding of usage-based business models.
  • Strong skills in multi-tasking, communication, negotiation, organization, and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently to solve problems and deliver growth metrics.
  • Strong strategic selling/business development skills.
  • Experience in SaaS business models and the analytics market is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Be accountable for the success of Data Cloud Product Partners.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers and partners as a primary point of contact.
  • Develop innovative business models that align with Snowflake and partner objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the partner executive team to build a comprehensive joint business plan.
  • Collaborate with marketing, industry, and sales teams to build joint go-to-market plans, repeatable initiatives, and sales strategies.
  • Develop joint sales plays that effectively position partner solutions in conjunction with the core benefits of Snowflake.
  • Drive sales enablement efforts around partner solutions across the Snowflake sales organization.
  • Build effective and collaborative relationships with sales teams and stakeholders.
