- Have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in security engineering, security operations, site reliability engineering, infrastructure or platform engineering, including some exposure to AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure in production; an internship or apprenticeship in one of those roles counts.
- Work daily with infrastructure as code and GitHub, including writing and shipping Terraform through reviewed pull requests, and be comfortable operating and debugging workloads on Kubernetes.
- Use AI coding assistants such as Claude or an equivalent as a normal part of the work.
- Have carried at least one project through to production and stayed with it past the first deployment until it was adopted.
- Have solid fundamentals in Linux, networking, cloud, Kubernetes, and development or scripting.
- Be able to make decisions under uncertainty, follow through, and communicate effectively in writing.
- Be fluent in English; French speaking ability or willingness to learn is a strong plus.
- Own a platform security workstream end to end, from architecture to enforcement: scope it with the technical lead, design the control, roll it out progressively from report-only to enforcement, handle exceptions, and take it through to full coverage.
- Ship every change as code using Terraform and GitHub pull requests that are peer-reviewed and reversible, without console changes or undocumented state.
- Harden the cloud and infrastructure baseline through IAM permissions and access reviews, secrets management, network and cluster guardrails, CI/CD and software supply chain controls.
- Drive remediation of findings with platform and engineering teams, turning recurring findings into automation rather than tickets.
- Lead incident investigations on the platform perimeter end to end and continuously improve detection rules and response playbooks in Elastic SIEM.
- Write clear technical notes, drive adoption of changes with affected engineering teams, and develop through code review and pairing with the rest of the team.
- Experience with a SIEM such as Elastic, Splunk, or an equivalent, including writing and tuning queries.
- Experience in detection engineering, incident response, threat hunting, or capture-the-flag competitions.
- Public write-ups, open-source contributions, or a home lab.
- Prior experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, fintech, or the public sector.

Doctolib, AP-HP and Roche have launched Care Forward, a support programme for European healthtech startups at STATION F in Paris. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between healthcare innovation and clinical deployment by providing startups with direct access to hospital environments, regulatory expertise and AI support. The programme targets startups developing technologies across the care pathway, including digital solutions, AI, connected devices and healthcare services. Doctolib will offer technology integration and European deployment strategies, whilst AP-HP provides access to clinical environments across Europe's largest university hospital system with 38 hospitals. Roche will assist with regulatory navigation and health economic validation. Participating startups will also gain access to specialised investors and exclusive industry events. The focus is straightforward but demanding: solutions that work in practice. Whether building in digital health, AI, connected devices, or care services, selected startups will be supported to test, validate, and deploy their solutions in real clinical environments. From diagnosis and treatment to follow-up and system efficiency, all parts of the care pathway are in scope, as long as the impact is concrete. Direct access to technology, clinicians, and patients. What sets this program apart is not just mentorship or office space, it's proximity.
