  • Revit capabilities
  • An undergraduate or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Experience in project leadership
  • Knowledge of French building regulations, codes, standards and building structures
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, and with other key constituents
  • Experience with the full project lifecycle
  • Ability to understand how buildings are constructed and to create technical documents that succinctly describe the work to be done
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship-management skills
Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Providing technical support for completion and execution of projects
  • Supervising the architectural aspects of a construction project directly on-site
  • Managing project lifecycle; estimating, bidding, project kick-off, weekly coordination, punch/snagging lists, turnover, opening, and project close-out
  • Supporting communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials
  • Providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges
  • Maintaining project manual and specifications
  • Conducting and documenting site visits, processing submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction
  • Having a proactive, problem solving attitude and working closely with the wider consultancy team to develop innovative technical design solutions
Desired Qualifications
  • Registered Architect in France would be beneficial
  • Proficiency in Revit preferred
