- At least 5 years of work experience, ideally at fast-paced technology startups.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer- or candidate-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and reliable follow-up.
- Operational sharpness, including building systems, maintaining organized task lists, and creating order in ambiguous environments.
- Curiosity and creativity, with the ability to work autonomously when the path is not fully defined.
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its impact on recruiting and knowledge work.
- Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal, and work from the office Tuesday through Thursday.
- Source, qualify, and interview candidates for open roles, primarily in engineering and artificial intelligence.
- Assess candidates for technical background and culture alignment before passing them to hiring managers.
- Communicate closely with hiring managers and lead weekly pipeline reviews to keep searches on track.
- Use the company's artificial-intelligence-powered platform to build outbound lead lists, manage pipelines, and qualify inbound candidates.
- Act as an internal product partner by surfacing friction, flagging bugs, and advocating for improvements directly with the engineering team.
- Work with the Head of Talent to identify opportunities to automate and streamline the recruiting funnel.
- Share candidates and best practices across the Recruiting team.
- Help build the playbooks and processes that keep operations running smoothly as the company scales.
- Experience at fast-paced technology startups is ideally preferred.
