Requirements
- Automotive technician experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced shop.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Inspect wiring, electrical systems, and vehicle components.
- Keep accurate repair and service records.
- Work with other technicians and engineers.
- Keep the shop, tools, and parts organized.
- Follow all safety procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as an automotive technician, dealership technician, original equipment manufacturer technician, fleet technician, automotive electrical technician, or electric vehicle technician.
- Experience with Controller Area Network systems, wiring diagrams, soldering, high-voltage batteries, or automotive research and development.
