About the job
- At least 1 year of professional experience is required.
- At least 1 year of Epic charting experience is required.
- Experience with the Omnicell medication system is required.
- A flu vaccination is required with no exemptions.
- Active certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale are required.
- An active Tennessee registered nurse license is required.
- Travelers must have at least 1 year of experience.
- The ability to float as needed and according to skill set is required.
- Experience caring for stroke and transient ischemic attack patients, high-acuity medical-surgical patients, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous bladder irrigation is required.
- Administer treatments.
- Interpret telemetry data.
- Coordinate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery and safety.
- Provide coverage on night shifts three times per week from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
- Work every other weekend.
- Float as needed and according to skill set.
