  • 5+ years of professional experience in car production to optimize and stabilize production processes.
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering provides you with a strong technical foundation to understand and improve production processes.
  • Skillful organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration abilities to develop effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills to address challenges in production processes effectively.
  • Exercise sound judgment to make data-driven decisions and implement solutions that drive continuous improvement.
  • High proficiency with DFEMA, PFEMA, and control plans to ensure robust quality management systems are in place.
  • Utilize metrology equipment knowledge and measurement reports to drive product improvements and ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize your expertise in automotive electric drive systems to troubleshoot issues and provide effective defect resolutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in electric drive systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide support to production teams to help achieve production goals.
  • Support the fostering of a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Implement containment actions short / long-term to address any deviations from the design of the vehicle / quality of parts.
  • Collaborate closely with the assembly production and maintenance teams.
  • Address equipment and communication issues promptly to minimize production delays.
  • Ensure seamless integration between production, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
  • Facilitate regular meetings between teams to discuss ongoing challenges and improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in pre-series production, assembly production and maintenance.
  • Conduct cross-departmental analysis of product launches to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recognize and offer solutions for bottleneck situations to optimize production flow.
  • Provide instruction and guidance on required techniques and regulations.
  • Track and coordinate special build events within the Pilot Hall assembly Team.
  • In this position, you will be responsible for all items above and training team members.
