About the Job

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally in social media, media monitoring, communications, or consumer insights.
  • 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience, including shipping AI-powered features using machine learning, natural language processing, and/or generative AI.
  • Proven ability to own a product area with high executive visibility and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong product discovery skills and a track record of turning messy, conflicting inputs into clear problem statements and roadmaps.
  • Deep empathy for users and strong product judgment, especially in front-end and user experience for complex social listening and monitoring workflows.
  • Excellent documentation and written communication skills, with examples of specifications, decision documents, or narratives that unblocked teams.
  • Ability to influence without authority across design, engineering, sales, and customer success.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment where priorities can shift as the team learns.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Mira Studio user experience and Mira Companion, from vision through detailed prioritization.
  • Form evidence-based product bets and advocate for them with senior stakeholders while maintaining direction amid changing opinions.
  • Translate company strategy into a sequence of product outcomes, releases, and experiments, balancing ambition with delivery realities.
  • Partner with user experience, research, the Customer Advisory Board, and leadership to turn feedback and weak signals into structured development.
  • Develop a strong internal compass for customer needs and iterate quickly despite pressure for perfection.
  • Turn qualitative and quantitative insight into problem definitions and product requirements where there is no established playbook or easy competitive comparison.
  • Lead definition of the conversational and hybrid user interface for Mira Studio and Companion, working with design and front-end engineers.
  • Identify back-end implications and dependencies of AI features and coordinate with back-end development.
  • Champion the front-end experience in technical trade-off discussions so it is not deprioritized behind back-end data, tooling, or platform work.
  • Align design and engineering on interaction patterns, performance expectations, and user experience quality.
  • Champion human-in-the-loop design, ensuring teams understand the value of human users and balance it against AI limitations.
  • Review designs and implementations from a product and user experience perspective, ensuring coherence across Studio and Companion and maximizing integration opportunities.
  • Drive end-to-end product development by framing problems, writing specifications, prioritizing backlogs, making trade-offs, and shipping incrementally.
  • Work with globally distributed design and engineering teams, mostly in the United States, to establish rituals and cadences that support fast learning and predictable delivery.
  • Define and track product success metrics and adjust priorities based on post-launch learning.
  • Set the standard for product documentation, including clear product requirements documents, decision records, design briefs, release notes, and internal FAQs.
  • Use documentation to enable asynchronous collaboration across time zones and maintain alignment with time-constrained senior leadership teams.
  • Work with Product Marketing to help commercial, support, and customer success teams understand what is being built, why, how to use it, and how to position it.
  • Act as a senior product partner to sales and customer success on key opportunities, renewals, and escalations related to Mira Studio and Companion.
  • Join customer calls to present the product vision and roadmap, gather feedback, and build confidence in the product direction.
  • Prepare and deliver product updates for executives and the board, communicating progress, results, and trade-offs.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working across multiple geographies or business units.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning product lifecycles, including data and evaluation considerations.
  • Experience preparing and presenting content for executive and board-level review.
