- Respond to alerts from internal monitoring tools and take corrective action to resolve issues in a timely manner while following best practices.
- Assist in supporting cloud infrastructure, networking, and hosting tools to ensure high availability of customer solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic cloud issues using company systems, utilities, and support processes.
- Contribute to internal documentation reflecting activity related to issue resolution and maintenance of hosted systems.
- Perform scheduled environment refresh requests while learning and applying process best practices.
- Experience assisting with testing processes related to cloud business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Erie Insurance is partnering with Hyland to deploy the Content Innovation Cloud, transforming unstructured content into operational intelligence across nearly seven million policies. As the 12th largest auto insurer and 11th largest home insurer in the US, Erie faces challenges with approximately 80% of its documents being unstructured content, including emails, text documents and voice recordings.
