- Resolve production and development issues with agents and designers, including scheduling, pricing, quality checking, and packaging.
- Book import shipments and back up receiving inventory.
- Communicate daily with overseas offices and vendors to track development and production statuses.
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin.
