Requirements

  • A successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or construction-related industrial engineering.
  • Several years of experience in construction or project management for turnkey commercial, residential, and office buildings.
  • Knowledge of estimating, VOB, execution planning, contract administration, and construction execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team, consisting of colleagues from planning, technical procurement, and construction management.
  • Provide qualified client support and coordinate with authorities and specialist engineers.
  • Resolve technical issues and award subcontractor services.
  • Hold economic and technical responsibility for the project.
