Requirements
  • The candidate must have 4–6 years of total experience.
  • The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in the insurance domain.
  • The candidate must be willing to work onsite in Malaysia; remote work is not available.
  • Experience in the insurance domain is mandatory.
  • Exposure to global or enterprise-level projects is preferred.
  • Scrum certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster or Professional Scrum Master are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  • Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum best practices and remove impediments.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to support smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement within the team.
Desired Qualifications
