About the job

Requirements
  • A track record of leading product for a B2B software-as-a-service platform, ideally combined with consumer product or product-led growth experience, and a strategy that measurably grew revenue, retention, or a core customer metric.
  • Experience managing and developing product managers and building a team where people do their best work.
  • Evidence of taking a new product or major bet from first discovery through to a successful launch.
  • Strong product judgment, making clear, well-reasoned decisions about what to build and what not to build, and bringing people along.
  • Regular customer-discovery experience and the ability to combine customer insight with product and commercial data to make decisions, using an experimental and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work closely with engineering and design leaders on technical trade-offs, sequencing, and delivery.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, including writing a one-page strategy and a board update, in a remote, asynchronous-friendly team.
  • Comfort working hands-on when useful, including writing a brief and analyzing data, with a collaborative, pragmatic leadership approach and willingness to engage with details.
  • Experience working in a smaller, fast-growing company rather than exclusively in a large, highly structured enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
  • Set the product vision and strategy for the platform, translating company goals into a clear, evidence-backed roadmap understood across the company.
  • Lead, coach, and grow the Product team; set standards for discovery, decision-making, and delivery; and hire as the team expands.
  • Make prioritization decisions across customer-facing products and internal tooling, balancing customer value, commercial impact, and technical health so Engineering focuses on the most important work.
  • Take new products from discovery to market, with a clear launch plan and success measures.
  • Design solutions alongside Product Managers and other stakeholders, contributing hands-on while leading and growing the team.
  • Stay close to customers by spending time with brands, dealers, and partners every month so evidence informs major decisions.
  • Build a scalable product operating model with shared rituals, metrics, and tools that help the remote team move quickly and stay aligned.
  • Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, positioning, and launches so products succeed and grow revenue.
  • Report product performance to the CEO and board, clearly showing what was shipped, what changed, and what was learned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with marketing technology, lead generation, messaging, or customer relationship management-adjacent products.
  • Knowledge of the automotive or e-mobility industry, especially how brands and dealers work together.
  • Experience shipping artificial-intelligence-powered products or using artificial intelligence tools extensively across discovery and delivery.
  • Experience launching products into new markets.
  • Experience shaping pricing and packaging for a software-as-a-service product.

About the company

Driftrock provides data-driven marketing solutions through subscription services that connect with major advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. It helps clients improve lead quality and conversion rates by syncing ads data, tracking and analyzing leads, and using smart lead forms and various ad-sync options. The product works by integrating with advertiser platforms to capture and align data across channels, enabling offline conversion syncing and ongoing performance analysis to optimize campaigns. Driftrock differentiates itself by emphasizing privacy-conscious data usage to deliver relevant content and better brand performance, rather than just offering isolated tools. Its goal is to make marketing feel as engaging as content from friends by smartly using data while protecting privacy.
