Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Sound knowledge of MS Access, database management, MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest/experience in business, economic and/or math
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Update, correct and maintain a database for the GSE Equipment, Ground Handling, Deicing services and rates concluded with the different vendors
  • Verify and update all current and past data pertaining to GSE Equipment into Contract Management tool using MS Access
  • Assist Procurement Department in preparing different slides for the presentations and carrying out different studies and analysis on various issues being faced by the airline
  • Communicate with Accounting and vendors to understand and resolve operational issues thru email and phone calls
  • Create a log of all outstanding issues and follow up with vendors on their resolution
  • Other relevant duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Innate interest in airline revenue management and keen motivation to learn
  • Ability to create spreadsheet models and produce relevant outputs
  • Prior history of working with large data sets and extrapolating useful information
  • Interest/experience in airline economics and aviation industry
