About the job
- You have at least an Abitur or Fachabitur, including applicants who discontinued university or another vocational training program.
- You demonstrate logical reasoning and willingness to learn.
- You are interested in digitalization topics and can readily use modern digital tools.
- You enjoy contributing within a collaborative team.
- Complete a three-year vocational training program at the Wuppertal location, with the possibility of shortening it to two and a half years.
- Experience project work in different teams and learn how to build and integrate software for a large insurance group.
- Apply programming knowledge, particularly Java, in practical work.
- Learn all phases of software development, from analyzing customer requirements through design, creation, modification, testing, and program introduction.
- Prepare for the final examination through seminars and training offerings.
