About the job
- At least 4 years of permanent software development experience, including at least one LLM-based application deployed to production.
- Expert Python skills, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and Pydantic; experience with an agent framework such as LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with commercial LLMs such as Mistral, GPT, or Claude, tool calling, MCP, RAG, and vector databases.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD using GitLab or Jenkins.
- Experience with LLM observability tools such as Langfuse or an equivalent.
- Ability to propose, challenge, and prioritize product solutions, demonstrate them, and work comfortably with business teams.
- Identify and scope use cases with business teams and product owners, and model processes involving analysis, decision, action, and supervision.
- Rapidly prototype proofs of concept, demonstrate them, and measure adoption and value.
- Define acceptance and compliance criteria covering the AI charter, AI Act, security, and personal data.
- Lead demonstrations and make solutions understandable to users.
- Design and develop tool-enabled AI agents, including API calls, tool execution, multi-step workflows, and memory.
- Develop business assistants using retrieval-augmented generation, including ingestion, chunking, vectorization, and hybrid search.
- Integrate agents with information systems using REST APIs, MCP servers, and connectors to document management systems, customer relationship management systems, and business applications.
- Industrialize solutions through testing, continuous integration and delivery, containers, observability of traces, costs, and response quality, permissions management, and logs.
- Knowledge of the banking or financial sector.
- Java and Spring or Angular for integration with existing information systems, and Kafka.
- Experience with Dataiku, Snowflake, enterprise agent platforms, or an LLM gateway such as LiteLLM.
- Experience in a SAFe environment and augmented development using Copilot or coding agents.
