What believers are saying

  • Curative partnered with Two Chairs on May 15, 2025, adding $0 access.
  • Psychiatry launched in April 2025, creating cross-sell leverage and stickier patient relationships.

What critics are saying

  • Headway and Rula keep winning insurer partnerships, squeezing Two Chairs' network access.
  • Insurance reimbursement changes can crush unit economics because Two Chairs depends on covered lives.
  • If outcomes evidence stops differentiating, commoditized telehealth therapy will trap Two Chairs below scale economics.
