Requirements
  • You have solid technical knowledge gained through specialized QHSE training at BAC+3 level.
  • You have initial experience in a similar role, ideally in large-scale retail.
  • You have strong technical expertise and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for the Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment policy.
  • You develop and monitor the single risk-assessment document (DUER).
  • You create and update safety protocols.
  • You support and advise management on applying standards and regulations, including accessibility, sanitary facilities, and changing rooms.
  • You implement prevention campaigns and monitor good practices concerning the use of personal protective equipment.
  • You manage and lead corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • You contribute to preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases through risk analysis, facility-improvement recommendations, investigations, and related actions.
  • You coordinate and lead safety, driving-authorization, and fire-safety training, including educational monitoring and needs management.
  • You support teams through alerts, advice, diagnostics, indicators, and monitoring corrective action plans.
  • You act as the interface with public organizations such as CARSAT and DREETS and with external service providers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in large-scale retail is preferred.
