  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience as an Account Manager in the healthcare industry is required.
  • Knowledge of the home healthcare industry, including regulations, policies, and practices, is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems is required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with the ability to travel to clients' homes as needed.
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders is required.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
Responsibilities
  • Build clinical referral sources in Hillsborough and surrounding markets.
  • Manage account relationships and ensure patient needs are met.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and therapists to ensure clients receive optimal care.
  • Coordinate discharge planning for patients to ensure a smooth transition from post-acute facilities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of services and attract new clients.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to home healthcare services.
Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience in home healthcare is preferred.
