Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in radar signal processing, digital and analog circuits, microprocessors, and antenna performance for primary and secondary radar systems.
  • Experience working with radar systems, including installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of electronic principles, including radar signal processing and radar computer systems.
  • Knowledge of radar installation processes and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in installation, project management, or field services is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Project, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic operational environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Military radar system experience within the U.S. Armed Forces is accepted.
Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of radar installation and activation projects across National Airspace System environments.
  • Assist with timeline planning, resource coordination, and project execution activities.
  • Support installation programs including site surveys, implementation planning, installation, optimization, and system acceptance.
  • Assist with scheduling activities and coordination with project stakeholders.
  • Participate in site readiness meetings with customers.
  • Work with installation teams, engineering technicians, and activation specialists during radar system deployments.
  • Assist in coordinating vendors, suppliers, and installation resources.
  • Support adherence to safety standards, technical specifications, and quality assurance requirements.
  • Assist in verifying installation compliance with federal aviation system standards.
  • Assist in monitoring project performance metrics, including milestone progress and installation performance data.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management certification.
  • Professional Engineer license or relevant industry certifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with project management tools and installation technologies used in radar system deployments.
  • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
