Requirements
  • A Bac+5 qualification from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent.
  • Significant experience with CRM projects, including Salesforce or Dynamics CRM, and/or regular involvement in presales activities.
  • Strong understanding of business issues involving sales, marketing, and customer relationships.
  • Ability to understand contextual factors influencing decisions and identify action levers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of enterprise solutions and uses.
  • Ability to understand the environmental and social impacts of a digital service, assess the level of required rigor, and apply responsible digital best practices.
  • Strong oral communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
  • Analytical and consulting skills.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs and facilitate scoping workshops.
  • Participate in presales phases in support of the sales teams.
  • Deliver personalized, high-value demonstrations.
  • Design relevant CRM solutions, both functional and occasionally technical.
  • Write commercial proposals and responses to requests for proposals.
  • Monitor CRM solutions and market trends.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Apprise Music secures grant from Orange Inspire Creative Pitch in Ghana

Ghanaian music company Apprise Music & Media has secured grant support through the Orange Inspire Creative Ultimate Pitch 2026. The final pitch event took place on 11 September 2026 in Accra, bringing together entrepreneurs from Ghana's creative and cultural sectors. The Orange Inspire programme, supported by Fidelity Bank Ghana, ALX and UNESCO Ghana, offers up to GH¢600,000 in funding for creative enterprises across sectors including music, film, fashion and media. Apprise Music presented its business model focused on music distribution, publishing administration and rights management for independent artists and labels. Founder Michael Bamfo said the support would help strengthen operations and serve more creators. The company plans to invest in catalogue administration equipment, metadata improvement, artist onboarding and audiovisual content production to expand its services to African creators.
