Requirements
  • Strong expertise in Axway Managed File Transfer, Axway Secure Transport, production support, troubleshooting, and secure partner connectivity management.
  • Experience or capability supporting business-critical file transfers, managing incidents, coordinating with infrastructure teams, and ensuring high platform availability.
  • Knowledge of Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Axway Secure Transport.
  • Knowledge of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2.
  • Experience with L2/L3 support, incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and change management.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux.
  • Knowledge of firewall connectivity, SSL/TLS certificates, and secure communication protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Axway MFT and Secure Transport environments.
  • Configure secure file transfer processes and workflows.
  • Manage partner onboarding and connectivity setup.
  • Support certificate installation, renewal, and management.
  • Configure and maintain SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2 integrations.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support.
  • Monitor file transfer activities and troubleshoot failures.
  • Resolve incidents within SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis.
  • Support change and release management activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
  • Work with firewall and security teams.
  • Validate file transfer connectivity and communication channels.
  • Monitor system health and transfer performance.
  • Create automation scripts for operational activities.
  • Support batch scheduling and monitoring processes.
  • Maintain operational documentation.
  • Prepare support runbooks and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Oracle WebLogic or JBoss.
  • Experience with Apache HTTP Server.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, procedures, views, indexes, and performance tuning.
  • Shell scripting.
  • Experience with Control-M or Splunk.
