  • Computer Science background or similar experience
  • Experience working on B2B products and directly engaging with customers
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or software engineering.
  • Experience developing technical solutions and/or customer-facing digital experiences like web or mobile applications
  • Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, Go, or C++) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Partner with international customers and segment account teams to deeply understand business needs and align them with both segment priorities and corporate strategic objectives.
  • Own and drive delivery of the International Markets Software Roadmap, including prioritization of initiatives and making informed capacity and resourcing decisions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers and segments on current software offerings, identifying gaps and opportunities that support segment sales pipelines and growth.
  • Translate business needs and customer insights into clear, actionable technical and solution requirements for engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineering and product design teams to ensure delivery of valuable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to support successful go-to-market planning and execution of new software solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on international market software for both internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across regions.
