Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing enterprise resource planning applications.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and integration tools.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to streamline application enhancements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM).
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
