Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

- Proficiency with Excel and standard financial reporting tools is required.

Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Travel, P Card, and Expense programs in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Review and audit expense reports and P Card transactions for accuracy, policy compliance, and proper documentation.
- Assist with P Card administration, including cardholder setup and maintenance, transaction monitoring, and issue tracking.
- Support travel management processes, including assisting with vendor inquiries, booking issues, and service requests.
- Identify and document common issues, trends, and compliance concerns, escalating more complex matters to senior team members as appropriate.
- Assist with resolving user questions related to T&E tools, policies, and processes.
- Support Oracle Expense system activities, including basic troubleshooting, testing, and user support, escalating complex system issues to senior analysts or IT partners.
- Prepare standard reports and assist with ad hoc analysis related to spend, compliance, and transaction activity.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and operational enhancements.
- Assist with developing and maintaining user guides, training materials, and communications related to T&E and P Card programs.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other internal partners to support consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate card program management is preferred.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Expense is preferred.
- Understanding of General Ledger accounting is preferred.
