Requirements
  • At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of closing complex, high-value business.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and run multi-threaded deals from start to close.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to translate unmet client needs into clear, actionable signals for the product team.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and experience building in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
  • Ability to use data to track pipeline rigorously and make decisions.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or already planning to relocate to San Francisco.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full new-business sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from outbound prospecting and pipeline building through closing.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value complex deals exceeding $100,000 in annual contract value.
  • Run consultative, solutions-oriented discovery with C-suite, vice president, and director-level buyers at major enterprise accounts.
  • Develop custom proposals and pitches tailored to each prospect's business model and visual content needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing to engineer scalable client solutions.
  • Represent Snappr at industry events and in high-stakes strategic conversations with target accounts.
  • Help shape the enterprise go-to-market approach and build the sales playbook.
  • Take ownership of Snappr's growth and execute whatever is required to get the job done.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in or familiarity with marketplaces, food delivery, automotive, real estate, or eCommerce.

Snappr connects clients with a global network of pre-vetted photographers, editors, and other visual content creators through an on-demand marketplace. Users can book professional photographers with as little as two hours' notice for personal shoots, marketing images, or enterprise needs; the platform handles matching, bookings, and payments. Snappr earns commissions on each booking and leverages a large, diverse creator pool that offers a wide range of styles and integrates with third-party visual content apps. The goal is to make high-quality visual content widely accessible with fast turnaround and scalable production for individuals, businesses, and large enterprises.
