Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar product, account, client success management or revenue management role
  • Minimum 2 years experience in People Leadership for a team of product or account managers
  • Experience in the global hospitality/travel industry is preferred
  • Strong MS Office and Google Product Suite skills
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%)
Responsibilities
  • Hire, onboard, and manage a growing team of Partner Success Managers for our Hospitality Ancillary clients
  • Define key growth levers to drive hotel account growth and engagement
  • Exceed goals on a daily basis
  • Develop a deep understanding of the hospitality ancillary industry, customer business, and priorities
  • Leverage analytical skillset to develop strong insights that lead to program enhancements and new solutions
  • Maintain existing account relationships in your portfolio and expand relationships to additional business groups with each of your customers
  • Work diligently to understand the customer’s underlying interests and business priorities
  • Articulate the partner’s current and future business performance and priorities
  • Understand the Plusgrade solutions available to drive customer goals and develop joint action plans
  • Drive business priorities through persuasion, negotiation and consensus-building
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners to deliver performance insights, project-related tasks, technical training, program enhancement opportunities, and operational oversight
  • Achieve account growth targets in pursuit of exceeding revenue goals
  • Historical and forward (forecasting) analysis of revenue, with a deep understanding of the performance drivers
