  • Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering training programs and supporting knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the migration process to align client expectations and ensure implementation timelines and milestones are met.
  • Review the client's current PACS workflow and configuration, translate findings into Studycast requirements, and obtain client approval before implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date project status and task and milestone compliance.
  • Maintain communication with the client throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with clients to configure Studycast technology to meet their specific requirements and operational needs.
  • Understand equipment support requirements and proactively communicate the level of integration between client equipment and Core Sound Imaging products.
  • Deliver follow-up and service throughout the implementation process to support a positive client experience.
  • Collaborate with support, training, customer success, and sales teams to ensure successful client implementation.
  • Collaborate with technical and training teams to develop and execute a knowledge-transfer plan supporting a seamless transition and successful go-live.
  • Lead implementation wrap-up activities, confirm client satisfaction, and define future client tasks, including potential sales and support follow-up activities.
  • Provide internal feedback and identify opportunities to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the implementation process.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare technology, PACS, medical imaging, medical devices, or software implementation.
  • Clinical certification or relevant clinical experience.
  • Knowledge of medical imaging, PACS, EMR/EHR systems, or healthcare technology.
