Requirements
  • You have working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
  • You have 4+ years of relevant professional experience working within operations
  • You have a proactive approach to project management

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Global capabilities & processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on existing & new care delivery opportunities
  • Drive process improvement & escalation management with key external care delivery partners
  • Support internal operational enablement through different communication channels (e.g. Slack, Confluence, Guru, etc)
  • Support the tracking and success of the Global Program Roadmap
  • Support member-escalation resolution with internal teams & external vendors
  • Own management of a primary vendor inclusive of daily communications, escalations, invoicing & administrative support
