Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and general carpentry.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist in implementing preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and inspections, and report significant issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Collaborate with maintenance staff and property management to address tenant concerns and improve resident satisfaction.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report issues to management.
Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests outside regular business hours.

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team and ensure the optimal functioning of our properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with local regulations.
