Responsibilities
  • Work with assigned brokers to market Ryan Specialty's eRisk insurance products.
  • Support underwriting goals, including production, profitability, and financial targets.
  • Communicate broker feedback, market concerns, and new opportunities to leadership.
  • Ensure all policy transactions, including quotes, new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, are rated, booked, invoiced, and issued accurately within service standards.
  • Generate quote letters and binder letters for Cyber, Technology Errors and Omissions, and related eRisk products.
  • Prepare and issue policies for the eRisk department.
  • Manage in-force accounts and provide ongoing policy servicing.
  • Communicate with brokers, producers, Accounting, and Marketing to answer policy questions and resolve issues.
  • Obtain missing information needed to complete transactions.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries about policy status or underwriting needs.
  • Electronically print and upload documents into the imaging system while following labeling protocols.
  • Assist with quality review of underwriting processes, procedures, and transactions.
  • Work with system support teams to test system releases and verify functionality in production environments.
  • Continuously develop knowledge and skills related to underwriting and eRisk products.
  • Support product development and enhancement efforts.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
