At least 2 years of experience in a help desk, desktop support, or onsite IT administrator role.
Familiarity with Windows or macOS, basic networking principles including TCP/IP, DNS, and Wi-Fi, and Active Directory or Microsoft 365 administration.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as racking equipment or managing cabling.
Ability to explain simple technical solutions clearly to non-technical staff.
Willingness to learn from senior team members and ask questions when needed.
Responsibilities
Assist with monitoring and maintaining organizational security tools and protocols, including firewalls, endpoint protection systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.
Provide frontline end-user support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues for onsite and remote employees.
Support the IT team during security incidents by documenting events, gathering data, and executing response procedures.
Help monitor the health of system networks, servers, network-attached storage (NAS), and cloud environments, escalating issues as needed.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management following Zero Trust architecture.
Track hardware and software inventory and assist with vendor coordination and procurement tasks.
Collaborate on artificial intelligence and data-related initiatives, including workflow improvements, reporting, and internal tooling support.
Troubleshoot systems and solve problems.
Document work in the ticketing system and document standard work processes.
Provide a positive customer and employee experience.
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience with Google Suite is highly preferred.
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ-900/MS-900) certifications are a plus.

About The Role:
