- An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Virginia is required.
- Knowledge of nursing principles and clinical procedures is required.

- Create a welcoming experience for every patient.
- Provide nursing care under the direction of physicians and office leadership.
- Room patients, obtain and document vital signs, and maintain accurate electronic health records.
- Safely administer medications and injections and document the medication, dosage, route, lot number, and patient response.
- Update patient information at each visit, including medications, allergies, and medical and family history.
- Answer patient phone calls, assist with questions, and route messages to providers.
- Support clinic operations while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
